We’ve been running challenge events since 1999 and know what works and what does not. We’ll be straight up with you!
Our expertise lies in event logistics but we will certainly share your events to all our social media outlets.
No, we look after the logistics for the event, our skill is making many things happen at the same time! Event Management is provided by your charity and we fit into your plan as the ground handlers/logistics/ technical experts. That said, we are here to provide advice and will assist in all ways we can.
Very! We love the outdoors and it’s very important to us that we run our events in a manner that does not damage our environment. Our events are run with a ‘goal zero waste’ approach, we don’t use plastic bottles and prefer people reuse their own bottles. We sort waste after events for recycling and compost with very little going to landfill. We choose routes that can take the group size and not cause any path damage. We support local economies by purchasing from local shops where possible and encouraging clients to do the same. We offset; adventure.ie is a member of the European Outdoor Conservation Association. We actively contribute to conservation efforts on a global basis through membership fees (100% of which goes to conservation projects) and additional donations. Projects are voted on by the public and members of the association. If you have a project you think is suitable for aid, let us know.
We carry PL cover on all our events. It’s important that your charity has Event Management insurance, this is standard and you probably already have it. Our insurance covers participants against our negligence. It does not cover participants personal property or injuries that occur that are not due to our negligence.
